Private pilot terms

These lightweight terms govern evaluation of the LedgerLens MVP. A signed pilot or enterprise agreement will replace them for production use.

01

Evaluation access

Access is limited to invited users and may be modified or withdrawn during the pilot. You are responsible for activity under credentials issued to your workspace.

02

Permitted use

Use the pilot to evaluate evidence capture, verification, failure attribution, and recourse workflows. Do not submit live payment credentials, regulated secrets, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to process.

03

No payment execution

LedgerLens is non-custodial. It does not initiate or settle funds, issue cards, submit chargebacks, provide insurance, determine legal liability, or provide legal, compliance, or financial advice.

04

Pilot availability

The service is provided for evaluation without production availability commitments. Features, schemas, limits, and retention may change. We will use reasonable care to protect stored evidence and communicate material pilot changes.

05

Customer responsibility

You remain responsible for your agents, payment providers, mandates, policies, regulatory obligations, and decisions made using LedgerLens outputs. Technical attribution is evidence, not a legal conclusion.

06

Feedback

You may provide feedback voluntarily. We may use that feedback to improve LedgerLens without identifying your confidential information.
