Privacy notice

This notice describes the LedgerLens private pilot. Pilot customers should execute a separate data-processing agreement before submitting production personal data.

01

Data we process

Account email and workspace role; API and audit activity; transaction evidence submitted by an authorized workspace; case notes; service logs; and privacy-minimized product events such as page views and demo actions. We do not intentionally collect raw card credentials.

02

Why we process it

To authenticate users, operate the evidence and recourse service, secure the platform, investigate failures, provide support, and understand whether the pilot is useful.

03

Service providers

Cloudflare provides edge delivery, Access authentication, Workers compute, D1 structured storage, R2 object storage, queues, and operational logging. OpenAI Sites hosts a private owner-only pilot mirror. Payment providers referenced in evidence remain controlled by the customer.

04

Retention

Workspace evidence follows the configured retention period. Verification links expire after seven days. Product events are removed after 90 days. Security and audit records may be retained as needed to protect the service and document authorized actions.

05

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Evidence is disclosed only to authorized workspace users, configured webhook recipients, or through an intentionally created proof-only verification link. Legal disclosures may occur when required by law.

06

Your choices

Contact hello@ledgerlens.dev to request access, correction, or deletion. Workspace administrators can revoke membership, credentials, webhooks, and verification links and can execute retention.
